A delicious day cooking with the chef from the gastronomic society. Not only interesting in cooking techniques but also in learning the history of these clubs. Wonderful lunch of Basque dishes with lovely wines – recommend highly!
Gerbus and I thoroughly enjoyed our cooking experience in San Sebastian…we very much appreciated Biki’s professional conduct… I also wanted to compliment the chef for his friendly and passionate demeanour and competent handling of the class.
My birthday gift today was a Basque Country cooking class! And the pantxineta happened to be the best “birthday cake” I’ve had in a few years…Thank you, Haritz, Biki and A Taste of Spain for teaching us traditional dishes that have a place in the hearts and homes of the Basque people.
We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking course and found it something we can now do quite easily at home. Both the chef and the guide were very friendly, cheerful and helpful.
