Day One – Cordoba sights and tapas
Check-in at your cozy 4* hotel in the heart of Cordoba, housed in an old palace house.
Meet your local English-speaking guide for a walking tour through the enchanting centre of Cordoba, a labyrinth of narrow winding streets full of history, including a visit to the stunning Mezquita (Mosque).
Taste delicious Andalusian Tapas along the way.

Day Two – Baena olive oil region and wine
First stop for a visit to one of the most prestigious wineries in the Montilla-Moriles territory, some of whose wines, like the PX, have scored Parker´s 100-Point. Travel back in time while tasting some of its unrepeatable artisanal gems.
Then, enjoy a private visit to a family-owned Cortijo and mill, one of the major organic olive oil producers in the Baena DO territory. Take a stroll through this property’s beautiful olive groves and learn about the distinctive characteristics of the Picudo, Hojiblanca and Picual olive varieties.
Make yourself comfortable at a charming B&B country hotel near Priego de Cordoba, where you will stay for 2 nights. Set in a peaceful river valley in the heart of Andalucia, surrounded by nature and great views, it´s ideally located for exploring the Subbética Natural Park, one of Spain´s least-known natural parks.
Enjoy dinner with the authentic flavor of “home cooking” at the hotel, weather allowing it, on the terrace under the stars.

Day Three – Priego de Cordoba olive oil region
The territory of Priego de Cordoba DO awaits you, the other olive oil region in the province of Cordoba. Visit a premium producer with century-old olive trees in his olive grove. Take a stroll through Priego de Cordoba, a beautiful town known as the cradle of Spanish Baroque.
Enjoy lunch at the best restaurant of the area, featuring seasonal local products.
Back to the hotel, free time for biking or walking around the beautiful landscapes that surround it.
Dinner will be on your own.

Day Four – Jaen province, olive oil and monuments
Today you’ll be moving on to the province of Jaen, in Northern Andalusia, with olive trees as the inseparable companions of your journey. You will make a stop in Bailén for a visit to another Spain´s top producers. Your time there will be a master lesson on the “abc’s” of making excellent olive oil.
After this visit, you’ll continue to the beautiful town of Ubeda, where you’ll check in at the Parador – housed in a Renaissance palace in the heart of town. Lunch will be on your own.
You will enjoy a most interesting visit of Ubeda and nearby Baeza, two splendid monumental towns recognized as World Heritage sites, by the hand of a local guide.
Tonight you will enjoy a mouth-watering farewell dinner, showcasing first quality ingredients in a menu with a modern twist, at the best restaurant in Ubeda.

Day Five – Back to Cordoba
After breakfast, private transfer to Cordoba (1 ¾ hour drive).
